#Um_Dafuq_ERR #Community_Kitchen #Day_One_Coverage As part of its continued efforts to strengthen the humanitarian response and alleviate the suffering of conflict-affected communities, the Um Dafuq Locality Emergency Response Room (ERR) has launched a Food Security intervention through the operation of a community kitchen in Al-Mohi and surrounding areas. The initiative aims to provide meals and essential food support to vulnerable households and people in urgent need, including refugees fleeing the conflict in the Central African Republic and returnees to the area, amid increasingly difficult humanitarian conditions and limited access to food and basic resources. This intervention forms part of the community-led humanitarian response undertaken by the Um Dafuq ERR to address urgent needs, strengthen community solidarity, and reduce the impact of food insecurity on conflict-affected families. The Um Dafuq Locality Emergency Response Room calls upon humanitarian organizations, donors, partners, and other humanitarian actors to scale up support for the humanitarian response in Um Dafuq Locality, enabling the continuation and expansion of the community kitchen to reach more vulnerable families and individuals.
